Clint G. Docken is a chartered mediator, with many years of experience in this area. He was appointed a Chartered Mediator by the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada, Inc. in 1999, the highest distinction recognized in the field. He has taught multi-party mediation at Mount Royal College since 1990.

Mr. Docken is currently on the roster of the Alberta Dispute Resolution (ADR) Chambers, a National ADR agency – a roster that includes a number of former Supreme Court of Canada and Trial Division Judges. He has participated in a number of lengthy and complex ADR processes that led to multi-billion dollar settlements in the Hepatitis C Blood and Indian Residential School claims.
