Docken Klym is the leading Alberta Class Action firm, based in Calgary and has significant experience in Class Action litigation. Docken Klym also has shareholder rights, commercial and contract disputes, personal injury, Insurance, Estate litigation, and Insolvency law.
We emphasize solving problems. We pay special attention to alternate forms of resolution such as mediation, so that the client's needs are met. Clint G. Docken is a chartered mediator as well, which gives the firm added experience in resolving disputes.
In the end, however, some disputes must go to trial and our firm has the necessary trial and appeal experience to serve you.
Docken Klym is up to the challenge. We have successfully acted for and prosecuted multi-national corporations and governments in complex litigation, large and small.
Our clients include individuals, small corporations, large corporations and governments. We have represented clients from Alberta, the rest of Canada and abroad.

Fairmont Timeshare Investor Action
Docken Klym is currently investigating a possible action to represent the interests of investors in timeshare properties located in Fairmont, B.C.
Investors are currently being asked to make a substantial lump sum payment to the timeshare operator in order to maintain their interest in the property, and Docken Klym is seeking to protect the individual interests of the investors during this process.
If you are an investor in the Fairmont timeshares, please contact Docken Klym using the "Do I Have A Case?" form.
